campsite booking conditions

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. The contract is non-transferrable and cannot be given up.
A resident form must be filled out when you arrive indicating the identity of the people staying with you, as specified in the regulations.
Minors may only be admitted with a valid parental authorization.

2. I agree to pay the sum of (to be deducted from the total)
• 30 Euros for reservation of a site.
• 120 Euros for reservation of a hiring.

3. Management reserves the right to change the number of locations available depending on the bookings diary.

4. The location is reserved only after reception of the deposit by us and confirmation has been sent to you by post.

5. If the customer doesn't show, the location becomes available 24 hours after the agreed arrival date mentioned in the booking contract and the deposit becomes non-returnable. Cancellations must be made in writing sent by recorded delivery at the very latest on 15 June 2005. in this case 50% of the down payments are refunded.

6. The balance is payable on the day of your arrival and the deposit is deducted from the total. An inventory will be taken on the day you arrive and on the day you leave and any broken or missing items will be billed according to the tariffs available at the reception.
You may be required to pay a penalty of 40€ if the mobile home has not been carefully cleaned.

7. Il appartient au client d'être assurer, le camping déclinant toute responsabilité en cas de vol, incendie, intempérie,. accident ainsi qu'en cas de la responsabilité civile du client.

8. Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés selon le tarif en vigueur, sous réserve de leurs vaccinations à jour. Ils devront être tenus en laisse et les propriétaires sont chargés d'éliminer les salissures qu'ils occasionnent.

9. Tous les clients sont tenus de se conformer au règlement intérieur du camping. La location est consentie à titre strictement privé et personnel, le réservataire ne pourra en aucun cas sous louer ou céder la location. Le camping se réserve le droit d'expulser toute personne ne respectant pas le règlement intérieur ou occasionnant une gêne pour les autres clients. Cette expulsion ne peut donner lieu à aucun remboursement.
